I never like complaining, really. it takes quite a bit to get me to say much about things i don't like. most of my life i've just sat tehre and taken things that coem my way, and only deal with them when they reach a breaking point, but right now...

It's probably nothing, really, but sometimes, the banner ads on this website get to me. now, i usually pay that part of the bar no attention whatsoever, but the problem is how DA like... cycles through different ads the longer you stay on one page. that's no problem, 'cept when suddenly one ad like suddenly opens up an alert message, and suddenly sends you to another website entirely!

like just today, i'm looking through pics, and suddenly i get a message about 'you don't have enough antivirus protection! your system is open to all kinds of threats! please download our free program to protect yourself!' and suddenly the window behind the message goes white while it loads up a new site.

I click no on the alert message, I close the window before it can finish loading, and ANOTHER message comes up. one with just an OK button, basically saying 'you really shouldn't not listen to us, please click OK to go to our site and download our software.

So i have to click on the X on the corner of the message to get it to finally shut up. just to be safe i clean my cache immediately afterwards, but for the love of all things fluffy, why can't DA screen these things better? i don't care about all the ads, i just want not to be assaulted by what's probably a spy/malware program telling me i need more protection while i'm surfing an art archive!
